MONCHU

“MONCHU” — a Japanese word meaning “one family” — and the name of a SMOKER band project that came with the intent to debut 24 new songs in one year, freely blending and mending genres and styles.

Each month brought a new "Digital 7-inch", songs paired in an A-side/B-side format.

The band made a valiant, yet incomplete, effort. Ultimately we are left with twenty original pieces of music.
